Most withdrawal headaches come from three things: unfinished turnover, a name mismatch with your bank, or a slow bank. Get the setup right and most of them vanish.
One-time setup
- Account → Settings → create a withdrawal password.
- Add your bank account (name, number, IFSC) or UPI ID.
- Match the name exactly to your bank record.
Requesting a payout
- Open Wallet → Withdraw.
- Confirm remaining turnover is zero.
- Enter an amount within the limits.
- Confirm with your withdrawal password.
- Track it in history.
Statuses
| Processing | Being reviewed |
|---|---|
| Completed | Sent — bank credit may lag a little |
| Rejected | Usually bank details; funds return to wallet |
Withdrawal tips that save time
- Make a small test withdrawal early, before you need it.
- Withdraw during the day — late-night bank processing is slower.
- Avoid changing bank details right before a withdrawal; changes can trigger extra checks.
- Keep the order ID until the money is in your bank.
Limits
DiuWin sets a minimum and maximum per withdrawal and a daily number of requests. The current figures are shown on the withdraw screen and can change, so check there rather than relying on numbers posted online.
