Forgotten passwords are the most common reason people get stuck outside DiuWin — and the easiest to fix yourself.
Reset the login password
- Open the DiuWin login page.
- Tap Forgot password.
- Enter your registered number and tap Send.
- Type the OTP, choose a new password, confirm.
- Log in again.
Reset the withdrawal password
After logging in, go to Account → Settings → Withdrawal password. Verify with an OTP and set a new one — different from your login password.
No OTP?
- Wait a full minute before resending.
- Check SMS spam and DND settings.
- Make sure the registered SIM has signal.
